It’s all come down to this: Czech chick Hani vs hefty honey Melanie Seitz for the vacancy on the BWL roster created when Kandi threw in the towel. Each has developed a large and louyal following since first appearing in various BSF and BWL competitions. Now they find themselves facing off at last to determine who will become the latest official Basement babe.
Initially, I was disappointed that Hani didn’t win, however after giving it some thought I do think Melanie will make a good addition to the league, and after what ForeShadow said I am looking forward to seeing her first official match.
Who will be her first female opponent and her first male opponent?
How will she fair against men?
What will happen if she ever has to fight Don?
So many questions! I cannot wait to see them answered.

I like Melanie a lot, and think she brings a lot of story potential and novelty to the BWL. Her body image issues, the girls jealousy and cattiness, her stable relationship with Don…all of it has dramatic potential.
I agree I like her as a character, better than Hani in that aspect. But she is marginally thicker than the freightliner class that dominates the roster. I think she creates a further disparity in the variety of the league where as Hani is physically similar to only two others.
Comes down to character to me. Mel’s thickness is more attractive to me than Hani’s model slimness, yes, but I find Hani’s character and motivation flat. She was a foil for Kandice, and I don’t know that she has much going on now that that role is gone, beyond the affectation of her struggling with english, and even that has been overcome. Writing can fix anything, but I just don’t have much interest in Hani at the moment, or see much potential.
Frankly, if we’re talking purely about just plug-and-play body types, Jaylanti interests me more than Hani; first off we just don’t have an Indian character in the League, so that interests me more than another white European given how diverse the BWL is, and secondly, as a new undeveloped character, this means she has far more potential to be developed in a novel way, much like Megan was. What is her background? Her story? Is she from India, or is she a second/third gen Canadian? How did she get into wrestling/sexfighting? Answering questions has more story potential than meandering around for a new motivation for Hani, who has lost hers (unless she’s just going to pursue Petr again, which, well…been there done that).
Character can overcome looks definitely, I was just generalizing for the whole of the league. I.agree Hani is flat character wise, as was Kandice who I thought had a great look just rudderless letting the current take her.
Though I like Melanie enough as a character, it is sad to see a “normally” proportioned girl discarded and replaced with more of the status quo. I would of rather Hani take the spot to try and balance out the look of the league, since her tits are merely huge.

I really thought Hani would have this one. As for Hani’s whinging at the end, “Oh no, now I live in a 1st world country & speak 3 languages… oh no.”
